El personal un poco lento

The Place was cozy, welcoming and quiet. It felt like home. The food at the restaurant was amazing, you can rent a motorcycle there and the owners are super helpful in booking activities.

It's not in the city center, but if you want calm and quiet it's perfect, and it's only 10 minutes away by tuk tuk.

Struttura molto basica, in zona degradata. Pizza pessima. Colazione prenotata e pagata in anticipo per le 6 di mattina ma non usufruita perché una persona dello staff si è presentata dopo mezz'ora per iniziare a preparare la colazione. Abbiamo dovuto richiedere più volte la restituzione dei soldi. Il giorno prima dell'arrivo, avevamo prenotato con la struttura il transfer per Port Barton per le 7 di mattina (prenotato e confermato dalla struttura tramite la messaggeria Booking.com) al prezzo di 600 pesos a persona (1200 pesos per due persone). Transfer pagato direttamente alla struttura in contanti senza ricevere una ricevuta, nonostante la nostra richiesta. La mattina del transfer, verso le 7.15 la proprietaria ci informa che non si conosceva l'orario esatto di pick-up (in struttura), forse alle 9 o alle 10 o oltre. Dopo circa 15 minuti è arrivata un auto, chiamata dalla struttura stessa, che ci avrebbe portato al punto di raccolta dei transfer. Appena saliti, l'autista ha cercato insistentemente di venderci un trasporto privato ad un prezzo decisamente più alto, dicendo che il nostro transfer era stato cancellato dalla struttura. Visto il nostro rifiuto, ci ha lasciato al punto raccolta restituendoci soltanto una parte dei soldi, dicendo che la struttura si era trattenuta la commissione. Abbiamo riscritto alla struttura per avere chiarimenti ma non ha mai risposto! Alla fine, abbiamo dovuto riprenotare direttamente in loco un nuovo transfer, pagando la differenza e aspettando 4 ore su una panchina in strada!

Sauberes, großes Zimmer. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, die sich um alle Anliegen kümmert. Leckere Pizza aus dem Steinofen. Kleiner Pool war in Ordnung und nutzbar.

Der große Pool war leider sehr trüb und wurde nicht gepflegt.

Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und gute Wahl für eine Übernachtung vor der Balabac-Island-Tour. Wir wurden als letzte abgeholt und konnten deshalb etwas länger schlafen als die anderen. Die Koffer konnten wir hier lagern für die Dauer unserer Tour, was ein tolles Plus war. Das Appartement hat eine gute Grösse und ist sehr sauber. Das Essen war ebenfalls gut und das Personal sehr nett. Checkout mitten in der Nacht war völlig unkompliziert.

Das Wasser im Pool wae sehr trüb, weshalb wir den Pool nicht genutzt haben. Die Klimaanlage extrem laut, deshalb haben wir sie ebenfalls nur kurz zum runterkühlen eingeschaltet. Etwas Salz im Pizzateig hätte die Pizza noch besser gemacht, sie war aber so auch schon lecker.

Great value for money, big rooms with AC and good showers. That with the pool area as well was the perfect relaxation spot for a couple of days. The family were very welcoming and helpful. Food was tasty and well priced.
