Central easy to get into town theatre and shops Roomy designated car parking Clean Good views of canal Well equipped kitchen and comfy couch / living area

Bit of an issue ? With leaking guttering constant dripping noise at night If you are immobile ( not that we were ) will not be for you as top floor with multiple flights of stairs and no lift so bear in mind

Beautiful flat in a great location with parking

Heating is not adequate for the weather we had. Radiaters did not get hot. Water was luke warm not hot enough for a bath or to wash the pots. Shower was hot for about 10 seconds then went to luke warm☹

The entrance is difficult to spot Google maps brought us down the wrong side of the road but following the instructions provided on our welcome email made it easy to find

"The apartment is great, better than the photos, highly recommended."

Very nice and spacious apartment, fresh and modern. Clean and quiet. Good location close to centre of town.

Just note there are 34 steps (no lift). Be careful on the canal pathway ramps nearby as they are very very slippery (husband injured as a result).
