I am very disappointed with my stay. My friend had his shoes stolen from the ski room, which we discovered is not secure. The ski room is dark, lacks CCTV, and has direct, unsecured access from both the outside and the underground parking. When we asked for help, the staff was dismissive and eventually became aggressive. They simply stated they weren't responsible for personal belongings and showed zero empathy for the security lapse. We did not feel safe here. I would not recommend staying at this property.
