Pobyt w apartamencie oceniam jako znakomity.🙂 Naprawdę nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Personel bardzo miły, pomocny. Komfort i udogodnienia bez zarzutu.

"Superficially nice apartment in good location but host needs to make more effort to engage."

The actual process was easy once we were informed to pick up the keys from hotel reception but we were first told to call a local number on which there was initially no response and then when our call was answered we had to be transferred to someone who could communicate in English. Facilities available to use at the hotel were good.

The apartment WiFi was useless in spite of this being requested as important - the only option available was to use the hotel WiFi which had very poor coverage at the apartment. In spite of being told to expect a call back about this the call regrettably never occurred. Having to pay all up-front with limited advance time for cancellation perhaps does not encourage host to be fully accommodating of guests!

I liked the location so much . it's an extraordinary.one of the best in Gródek nad Dunajcem super clean, equipped as well. Definitely Will go back again with my family ,well served with facilities.
