Vila Štiavnica

Skvelá poloha priamo v meste, ubytovanie bolo čisté, priestranné a pani ktorá nám predávala kľúče bola veľmi ochotná keby bolo čokoľvek treba. Mali sme k ubytovaniu parkovanie a raňajky na krásnej záhrade za domom. Pozitívne hodnotím tento pobyt. Ako taký malý tip by som dala ubytovaniu, zabezpečiť šampón/sprchový gél do sprchy pre zábudlivcov :D Ale toto nie je negatívum samozrejme. Inak bolo všetko super. Ďakujeme

Príjemné útulné a zaujímavé ubytovanie s vlastnou terasou v tichej uličke neďaleko historického centra s veľmi milou hostiteľkou - či viac si priať ☺️

Super lokalita v centre ale nie celkom na hlavnom ťahu, takže tam bol kľud. Skvelá pani správkyňa, zabezpečila nám všetko čo nám na očiach videla. Veľmi príjemné pohodlné postele, veľké vankúše a naozaj čisté izby aj spoločné priestory vily. Zdarma parkovanie. Jedna z najlepších vecí, ktoré táto vila (možno nevedomky) ponúka, je absolútna absencia detí, (keďže izby s presklenou kúpeľnou nie sú pre rodiny atraktívne) takže pre dospelých je tam absolútny kľud. Raňajky na záhrade pri fontáne sme si naozaj užili, na to by si človek vedel zvyknúť :)

Presklená kúpeľňa je super, ale tento nápad treba ešte dotiahnuť maličkosťami ako je polička v sprchovom kúte na kozmetiku, vonné guličky vo wc alebo voňavý sprej, lebo ventilátor je veľmi slabučký a zápach po wc odtiahne za veľmi dlhú dobu… Kvôli tomu sa tento unikátny nápad vymyká zmyslu a zabíja veškerú romantiku presklenej kúpeľne. V izbe boli len mini šáločky na kávu a žiadne pohare na vodu, dosť blbo sa z toho pije keď je človek smädný.

Charming restored authentic Štiavnica building with a peaceful backyard accessible right from the room. Very pleasant feel. Nice mix of authentic vintage with modern comfort. We seem to be the only guests at the moment so we definitely enjoyed peace and quiet. The room was very spacious. Cold breakfast served at the room was a bonus not to rush anywhere. They offered us flexible checkout time.

We had an extremely poor experience with the host of the hotel. We arrived the hotel at 3pm on the check in day, the front door was locked so we knocked the door for numerous times and even shouted for attention for multiple times, but still no one responded and welcomed us. There should be no one in the hotel at that time we reckon, we were standing outside the hotel with our two huge suitcases for about an hour. The neighbour nearby the hotel saw the scene too, coz she helped us locate the hotel when we thought it was the wrong address at first. We kept calling the hotel both the phone no. stated in booking.com and google location, also messaged them via booking.com chat box but no response from the hotel. At the same time, we did contact the customer service in booking.com but they did not offer an instant response to help resolve the problem. We ended up need to book another hotel to settle down and finally could get some rest after having a long haul trip. After around 3 hours, the hotel finally replied us via booking.com chat box, saying they cannot reach us via phone and they did not receive any miss calls from us. They also ignored the fact that we had waited for so long outside the hotel without anyone answering the door and welcomed us to check in. Instead, they just keep saying that our room is ready for check in now and they are waiting for us, like nothing was happened 🤷🏽‍♀️ it’s onsense and ridiculous! We kept asking for a full refund coz we did not get a proper check in service nor stay in the hotel. I was not planning to make such long complain here and expected to settle it down by asking for a refund via booking.com and the hotel. But the hotel turned out not willing to give the money back coz seems they don’t think they had done anything wrong. Banska Stiavnica is a beautiful place full of history, did not expect this case would happen in the beginning of our trip, it crashed our good mood and expectation for this place to be honest.

Dobrá lokalita, tiché a kľudné prostredie dobre na oddych.

Zo začiatku trochu napínavé, keď že sme sa na uvedené čísla nemohli dovolať. Po napísaní spraví sa všetko vyriešilo a nakoniec bolo všetko v poriadku.
