Come Eravamo

We loved everything about this apartment, starting with the amazing host. This bright, spacious, modern, clean apartment has been in her family for generations. The location is next to the beach at the end of the stone boardwalk and only a short walk from the train station. You would never know it given how quiet the unit was. Easy walk to old town as well.

Nothing! It was perfect.

Chiara was a wonderful host...greeting us upon our arrival. The place was very clean and beautiful. And...very quiet which is very important to us! We really enjoyed the large showers with strong water pressure...something not often found in Italy.

The property is 5 minutes away from the train station and 3 minutes away from the beach. Very convenient. It was remodeled very well with all the modern necessities and more. It’s super clean. When we arrived, there were 3 kinds of sandwiches on the table for us. The owner also stocked the pantry with pastries and toasts. She is very nice and helpful. Everything is great.

No elevator. But it is normal in this area and we didn’t mind it that much.

The owner was waiting for us, she is great, she had some snacks for us as a courtesy and gave us important tips. Thank you so much for everything!

The cleanest place we have ever stayed. The hostess was so gracious and accommodating. Location was excellent. Everything was excellent. Would stay here again in a heartbeat ❤️😊👍

I would have liked an outdoor space

Travelling as a family of four through Europe for four weeks, this was our favourite apartment of the whole trip. Our super friendly host communicated with me through text and met us at the apartment at the set time to hand over the keys. She had apertivo ready for us, including a bottle of bubbly - what a welcome! The apartment itself was clean and spacious, with two bathrooms. It was the little touches that we loved the most, such as the first aid kit and cold water in the fridge. The location was fabulous too - right around the corner from the beach.

We wish we could have stayed longer :(

Excellent location in new town Monterosso. Our fantastic hostess Chiara met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment which was just minutes away. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for two couples as each bedroom had their own en- suite bathroom and TV. A small well equipped kitchen with a table and 4 chairs was great for breakfast and late night discussions for the next day’s plans. There was even slippers for our use and bathroom toiletries. Our hostess had some nibbles, bottled water and a chilled bottle of Prosecco waiting for us. There was a frig/ freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and pots/pans and dishes. The stove top never got used since there was so many places to choose from for meals. Chiara even joined us at the train station to say goodbye. She was easy to communicate with before and during our stay.

The apartment was perfect. Chiara met us at he train station and had made us some appetisers to welcome us. Just what we needed after our all day travel. Chiara has thought of everything even down to a first aid kit and ice packs. We loved our visit and the apartment is beautiful appointed with lovely furnishings and the best location to explore
