Die Lage und Terrasse waren schön, die Wohnung ist renoviert.

Die Wohnung war nicht richtig gereinigt, auch eine Nachreinigung hatte keine saubere Wohnung zum Ergebnis. Wir waren Ende Mai dort, das Haus/die Wohnung ist sehr kalt und die Möglichkeit des Einschaltens der Heizung mit 1,70 EUR pro Stunde sehr teuer. Die Wohnung war sehr, sehr kalt. Ansonsten ist die Ausstattung (wenn überhaupt vorhanden, keine Blume, kaum Einrichtung, ein uralter, winziger Röhren-TV, kein Spülmittel) lieblos, bzw. sehr alt und sehr abgenutzt (z.B. die Töpfe und Pfannen, die alten Handtücher) und zum Großteil nicht brauchbar. Die Waschmaschine ist einige Häuser weiter, teuer und bietet nur zwei kurze Programme.
