Very clean and comfortable. Rita, the hostess gave us a warm welcome at the apartment. She was happy to answer any of our questions about the surrounding area.

Large clean flat with all amenities. Very well located, close to beaches, railway station and walks. Bonus to have access to nearby carpark. Thanks to Rita our lovely host for meeting us on arrival.

Our host Rita met us on our way to the apartment. Rita and her husband was a joy to interact with and we appreciated the "tour" of the apartment to acclimate us. Rita was very quick to respond to any questions or messages.....she was especially helpful when the thunder and lightning storm cut off the power! She directed us to the electric panel to restore our electricity! It was an amazing STORM in the Cinque Terre! Wow! The kitchen was great along with bathroom and nice view from the balcony. We picked Rita's place for the airiness and not too many steps!!! There was a grocery in the next street which was very handy. We would stay here again!

The mattress on the big bed was uncomfortable. However the mattresses on all of the twin beds were great!

Rita’s property felt like home. The location was great, only a minutes walk down to the beach and train station, and a further 10 minutes to the old town. We loved Rita’s welcoming touches and on a very long travel day they were extra special. The apartment had everything we needed. Loved the bed and the hot water! Valued the basics she provided which can be scarce in a lot of airbnbs. It was easy to communicate with Rita and we hope to stay here again. Monterosso is a perfect base.

Great location, very authentic cinque terre vibe

No blankets. Even in peak summer it is important to supply blankets for guests - not just thin sheets. Additionally, we noticed walking barefoot in the accommodation that our feet would turn black with dirt. Finally, as others have mentioned, the directions are a bit misleading as there are 3 flights of stairs up to the booking and not 2

Costamere is a gorgeous holiday apartment in a great quiet location but very close to the train station. Rita and her husband met us on arrival with cold beer and wine and drinks and snacks for the kids. They could not have been more lovely or helpful. The apartment is very comfortable with all the amenities and a great balcony with a view to relax on after a big day of walking.

Rita's place was perfect, it had everything that we needed for our ideal family holidays. The flat is very spacious, bright, wonderfully decorated. The kitchen has all necessary cooking tools to prepare a beautiful home made dinner. The seaview from the balcony is soothing and calming. All bedrooms including sofa in the leaving room were comfy. Rita is a wonderful host, very helpful, and accommodating. Overall, we felt at Rita's home very comfortable and we immensely enjoyed our holidays. We will definitely come back to Costamare.
