Costamare

Our host Rita was wonderful. She showed us around her immaculate apartment and made us feel at home. Great apartment size, short walk to beach, aircon in both bedrooms, washing machine.

Rita was so nice. Met us just after the train station and walked us to the property. So clean, great view, felt like family, great location. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

location of the property was excellent, walking distance from the train station and just off the beach. Rita and her husband met us at the property and were so welcoming and helpful. we stayed in 5 different areas around Italy on our trip and this was all of our favourites, highly recommend.

A fantastic location and host that goes the extra yard to see you have a great time. Rita would be one of the best hosts we have ever had. We arrived late so couldn't get a meal. Rita had left some wine, chips, biscuits and milk for us. we survived till morning. Thanks Rita :)

The hostess Rita provided many nice touches for our arrival including milk, juice, various snacks, coffee/espresso, and even a nice bottle of white wine. This was completely unexpected and very much appreciated. The apartment was very spacious for myself and 2 adult children. The extra bialetti (Italian style) coffee makers were very nice touch too. The outside deck with a partial lake view was an amazing way to start the day with a cafe and breakfast!

The hostess had a designate (next door neighbour Giovanni meet us and provide the keys. This in and of itself isn’t a problem. However, I asked Giovanni a question for which he did not have an answer (eg location of the air conditioner remote controls). He stated he would ask Rita but I never received a reply from either of them. Also, a couple of texts both through the booking.com engine and direct text to her local number (that she provided via a note in the suite) which were unanswered. Fortunately, the weather/temperature was amenable to cooling of the unit by opening all the windows and the texts were not crucial questions or critical issues. This apartment would have received a 5 star rating but the lack of effective communication with the hostess drops it down to a 4.5.

Location to downtown and train station

Pre arrival communication with Rita was great. She met us and explained everything. Spacious, comfortable, great location, nice view from the deck. I travel extensively, and I rarely write reviews, as I don’t like to complain. But this place was WONDERFUL!
