Apartamento en centro histórico con garaje propio

Appartamento spazioso con ogni comfort: climatizzatore, lavatrice, tv, ecc A pochi minuti dal centro in zona molto tranquilla. Ottimo il parcheggio privato

Estaba bonito y muy limpio, bien equipado con todo lo necesario baño, cocina, etc. Excelente ubicación rodeado de todos los servicios: supermercado, farmacia, mercado y zonas de ocio bares y restaurantes, con garaje gratuito dentro del edificio, una plaza amplia.. La playa más cercana se encontraba a menos de 30 minutos. Su anfitriona Idoia fue muy amable y atendió rápido nuestras peticiones. Lo recomiendo.

El colchón me resultó algo incómodo duro y de grosor bajo. Por lo demás todo estaba perfecto, las almohadas eran blanditas y muy cómodas..

The location

There were steet work and every day at 7.00am the workers start making noise so we couldn’t hardy rest

Garage parking was such a plus, very close to the city center by foot!

The sofa needs updating, but everything else was just fine.

Distance to the racing circuit and restaurants and to the garage from the apartment

Toilet dripping all night lack of pillows and uncomfortable bed noisy people above till early hours

Host communications was great. Clean and WiFi was fast. Parking was under the apartment garage.

Bathroom shower is to easy too leak to floor. Water wasn't hot all the time.

Instructions to get inside were good. Reasonably close to the main downtown area. The kitchen was fully functional and everything was in good working order. The apartment was a good size.

It was impossible to take a shower without causing it to flood out into the bathroom floor - even using several towels as a dam. Poorly designed and needs a fix. It is worrisome - you don’t want to cause damage to the unit. The parking was available, but had an awkward entry - not unusual anywhere in Spain. But everything worked well, and the owner was responsive.

I liked several things about the property. First and foremost, it was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the property was remarkably peaceful, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing living environment. One aspect that particularly stood out to me was the community of neighbors, who were all elderly residents. They treated me with kindness and respect, making me feel welcomed and comfortable. Moreover, the property's convenient location was another significant advantage. Situated just a 5-10 minutes walk away from the center of Jerez in Spain, it offered easy access to various amenities and attractions. Lastly, the property also provided parking facilities, which was incredibly convenient and alleviated any concerns about finding a parking space. Overall, these factors greatly contributed to my positive experience with the property.

"The things I didn't like about the property were that it faces an old building in poor repair, and parking can be challenging for those with large vehicles when entering the garage. Additionally, the key for the main entrance for all residents didn't work, so I had to enter from the back garage entrance, which was frustrating but manageable. Another inconvenience was that there were no washing machine tablets provided. After lengthy communication with the owner, she told me to buy them myself if I was so desperate. I went ahead and bought some, but I also left the pack for the next person, as I believe in considering others."
