Amazing beds, and the whole apartment is very nice, the location very good. Access to a sunny rooftop.

A little chilly in the flat in the end of February. AC makes it better, but we don’t run it all the time, so it cools down again.

Precious building with an Andalucian patio through the floors, very good central yet quiet location, spacious apartment, old-fashioned bathtub, nice living room with a functional kitchen. With both a laundry machine and dishwasher (which is rare). Pablo was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Just avoid running too many electrical appliances at the same time!

The apartment temperature and especially the tiled floors remained very cold, despite two heaters. The biggest drawback was that when using a washing machine simultaneously with the heating causes an electrical power overload (?) and electricity of the apt went out.

Very cold in apartment as just 2 air con units not effective with high ceilings in winter! not enough hot water for 1 person to shower, never mind 2! loose dangerous tile in hallway. No cupboards or shelves to put clothes or personal items on in bedroom or bathroom. Too much of owner's personal items cluttering bathroom to allow guests to put out toothbrushes and washing items. The towels provided were threadbare. very basic accommodation so we left after 2 nights when we booked for 4 nights! went to better accommodation. So only good thing was the location!

We communicated via email to arrange a time to meet the host at the apartment. Carmen was very helpful with information and the parking, located in a secure garage opposite. The apartment is located on the opposite side of the central area to most of the sights and restaurants we visited but that meant maybe a 10 or 15 minutes walk but also that the property was quiet. The beds were very large and comfortable. The wifi worked well. There is a washing machine and dishwasher behind the cupboards in the kitchen and they have kindly left washing powders for each. And there are clothes lines on the roof deck and pegs under the sink. There is a cafe next door with breakfast for €2.
