Apartamento muy limpio, muy cuidado en detalles, y atenciones para con los usuarios. Disponer de plaza de garaje fue de gran ayuda.

La insonorización no es buena y durante el día se oye a los vecinos. Por la noche, no obstante, se respeta el descanso y no se escuchan ruidos.

La ubicación es perfecta, parques infantiles cerca, casco viejo de Arcos muy a mano y también comercios y supermercados cerca. Poder aparcar en el mismo edificio es también un punto fuerte.

Las luces blancas en las habitaciones y en el salón son un poco desagradables, neutras o amarillas darían más calidez. Los vecinos son un poco ruidosos. Las toallas de baño podrían ser más grandes.
