Proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, l’appartamento è in una posizione molto centrale e comoda per raggiungere tutti i servizi, con una breve passeggiata si arriva ad una delle spiagge più belle della zona. L’appartamento è curato e dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza a Santa Teresa, anche lo spazio esterno dotato di tavolo è molto carino per un aperitivo o una cena estiva.

La casa era pulita e in una buona posizione!

Struttura posta all'interno di un condominio tenuta benissimo, con arredi nuovi e curati e tutto il necessario per passare in tranquillità una buona vacanza! A due passi dal centro e con un supermercato a portata di mano. Proprietaria gentilissima, spero di poter tornare quanto prima.

Onestamente non ho trovato alcun difetto, tutto era come descritto al momento della prenotazione quindi nessuna nota negativa.

The first thing I want to note is that I am a travel agent with 19 years of experience. This is the first time I have encountered such disrespect for guests. We booked an apartment at 20:00 and checked in at 22:00. The owner also wanted to charge 10 euros per person for bed linen, although this was not written in the booking. For 200 euros per night we would sleep without linen. The problems started immediately when the owner said that the keys were under the rug in the public corridor. We immediately noted that this was unsafe, because keys are not changed. Secondly, there was an unpleasant smell in the apartment, the bathroom and toilet were poorly cleaned and there was other people's hair. But the worst thing was when we went into the bedroom and saw a plastic canister next to the bed with water dripping from the air conditioner tube! This noise at night was like torture. We immediately wrote that this did not suit us and that we wanted to move out. The owner said that the three of us could sleep in the kitchen on the sofa. Sorry, but we paid 315 euros + cleaning 100 for 2 nights. The price does not match what was stated. At night temperatures of +30 you can't sleep without an air conditioner, but with it too, because it's the only one in the apartment and it drips, not to mention the hum from the balcony from part of it. We waited until the morning, wrote to the owner that we were moving out at 10:00, let someone come and accept the apartment. Understanding that we could expect anything from him, we recorded a video in the presence of his representative, where she said that everything was perfect. When we asked him to return the money for the unused night, he refused, writing that it was normal to have a canister with dripping water in the bedroom. Our consumer rights were violated. We are waiting for a refund.
