Basingstoke 1x Double bed and Sofa bed

Location was good, close to amenities and travel options

Back door getting closed by other flat upstairs could be quite loud and quite late but it wasn’t awful

The space of the property was good

The beds were uncomfortable and no television in the bedroom

Great set up, everything you need as a little home from home, good cooking facilities and working outside during the winter the washing facilities were a god send. great location for main shops and local precinct for take aways etc.

the lock on the main door is a little temperamental and needs coaxing to lock sometimes

Clean tidy and spacious. With a good handy kitchen

Bed on the soft side but that's more personal taste

really nice place. tidy and lots of nice touches. such as provided bathmat and towels. Apart from the fan in the bathroom everything was clean and looked inviting. Really nice place to stay

only reason didn't get a 10 out of ten on cleaning as the bathroom fan needed a good clean and mould cleared. the bed was a little lumpy so longer stays might get uncomfortable or if two people you might end up squashed together in the middle!

Bed extremely uncomfortable could feel springs through mattress and very noisy whenever you moved..Pillows super thin and.dirty laundry from last guests stuffed in kitchen cupboard.. Hardly any toilet roll and not even a full roll for 2 night stay..Not great value for money would have stayed at the PremierIinn this was the worst place we have stayed and we go away a lot. We left after one night as such bad sleep very dispountimg for the money we paid :(

Beds and pillows were so uncomfortable we left after 1 night stay booked for two nights :( and not even a full toilet roll for 2 nights and tiny towels for adults...
