Camere spaziose e ben attrezzate. Garage nello stesso stabile. In posizione centralissima ma il mare si vedeva solo da una piccola finestra.

Poco insonorizzato. Di notte si sentivano, se pure abbastanza sopportabili, tutti i rumori delle auto sul lungomare.
