Apartman Bellevue

One of the most important things for me as a first timer to the area was great communication. Adéla was usually fast to respond and answered all my questions. This was a beautiful apartment. Spacious. Clean. Large kitchen. It was only my son and I so it was massive for us. As it's two bedroom, we used the spare room to keep all our cases and clothes in which was great. Close to the slopes and the village. All within walking distance. We rented snowboards from Ski Monkey which was a 5 min walk away. And they took us to whichever slope we wanted to go. They kept the board for us overnight so no need to store them. Fantastic.

As a first timer, I like very clear instructions. This is probably just me and Adéla was amazing when I was unsure and she came back with clear answers. A washing machine would be great. The heating is controlled remotely and I had to keep checking in with Adéla to turn it on. She said it was a new system so this may be sorted out by the time anyone else comes. Firmer pillows would have been nice.

Nice, clean and well equiped apartament. Quite close to ski lifts, in quite neighbourhood.

We rented a large apartment with two rooms for two people. Unfortunately, the owner of the apartment only prepared one room, meaning there were no towels, sheets, or blankets for the second room. I tried calling several times and there was no answer, which was a great shame. There was no one to talk to.

Apartment very well situated, clean, sunny. There are everthing you need in the apartment: very well equippted kitchen, large rooms with comfortable beds and wardrobs. What's more: facilities for children: toys, books, board games, baby cot, high chair. Highly recommended!

There was some problem with finding address on Google maps but contact person helped us by sending location on Czech's map.
