A charge of COP 80000 is requested for a group of up to 6 guests to access the building. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of 70,000 COP per stay. Please note that foreigners will be exempt from paying VAT tax after showing their passports. All minors under 18 years of age must also present a valid ID with a photo to prove their identity and that of their parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by their parents. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than their parents, the minor must present a written authorization to check into the hotel. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Upon arrival, a fee of COP$60,000 must be paid for access wristbands. This payment is made in cash at the building’s reception and is a one-time charge for the main guest and their companions.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Certaine personne du personnel puis les lavabo qui fuie leau les fan dans les chambre de bain non fonctionnelle il mon charger pour une tâche de ketchup sur une couverture loll jai meme faite la vaisselle avant de partir puis laisser plein de produit en cadeau shampoings creme etc etc yesaie de me charger un lavage de ketchup sur un drap un peu stupide jamais vue ca de ma vie en plus jai donner pourboire a chambre ausis les ascenseur marche a moitier toujour une de briser sur les 3 plein de jeune aussi partout dans place tk dernière fois j'allais labas

Tenía buena ubicación con restaurantes y playa cerca, además de buen aire acondicionado en las habitaciones

Lo primero te hacen revisar un inventario hasta las escobillas del wc, las tazas del wc, y pierdes más de 45-60 min revisando todo lo q tiene la casa nos pareció algo estorboso, ya que teníamos prisa por salir y si no había algo luego nos los cobrarían, también los ascensores era un auténtico terror de tres normalmente funcionaba uno y si había suerte dos, te llevabas más de 15-25min esperando poder a subir a la habitación.

Tiene una vista espectacular, Unik es una empresa que se ve muy seria y volvería a reservar con ellos. Brindan toallas y tienen todo lo necesario. Hay muchas tiendas y supermercados cerca de la zona. La piscina está muy bien.

El apartamento no cuenta con black out y entra demasiada luz desde muy temprano. Tenía las puertas algo viejas y sonaban mucho, viajábamos con una bebé y se despertaba cada vez que movíamos una puerta.
