Розташування: близько до центру, поруч є супермаркети. Зручний паркінг.

Дуже погані ліжка, на яких неможливо спати взагалі: скриплять, ламелі прогинаються під вагою. Персонал обіцяв надіслати ремонтника, але потім про це забув. Подушки мають поганий наповнювач (комки). На пательні зламана ручка, її зовнішня поверхня має застарілий бруд. Каструлі мають подряпини та непригодні для користування. Вночі в квартирі холодно і велика вологість, зранку мокрі вікна.
