Morros Suites Apartamentos

The apartment was fine, but my complaint is about the arrival process. They made us fill out a lot of information for check-in, and we were left waiting outside the building for about three hours. Neither the host nor the reception staff allowed us to wait in the lobby. I had two tired children from the trip who were sleeping outside on the stairs, and they didn't have the courtesy to let us wait in the lobby until check-in time. Because of this, we felt very poorly treated.The check-in process is a disaster.

Facilities and staff were outstanding.

The booking description is not clear when it talks about SUPERIOR apartments, one cannot imagine that they are on the NOISY road. Before paying for the reservation, we asked the hostess if the apartment had a view of the pool or the beach and she answered YES. Not only is it noisy because of the cars and motorcycles, but one of the nights there was a scandal with an American Mr and "two ladies." Curiously, the security guard did NOT do anything and did NOT register the incident in the logbook. I asked to be moved to a less noisy place and offered to pay more for the change, but the hostess ignored it.
