Hermoso y amplio apartamento en Cartagena de Indias

La ubicación, la vista espectacular, el apartamento limpio, amplio, comodo con buena iluminación, tal cual muestran las fotos, el anfitrión pendiente de nosotros, la cocina cuenta con todo lo necesario para cocinar, tiene lavadora, el edificio seguro, se puede descansar muy bien...solicitamos una silla de ruedas y la gestionaron y estaba lista cuando llegamos, sin duda volvería....lo super recomendado

The view

The restrictions on visitor's. I understand they have a particular issue there. But not everyone does that type of thing . And really have friends and family there.

I liked everything regarding this property, it was spacious and clean with a very nice view, surrounded by a lot of shopping stores, and access to the beach. I would highly recommended.

Anything

The property was clean and had dishes and silverware available to use for cooking. All of the appliances functioned well, and it was a comfortable stay with a good A/C.

My only issue was with Servimax staff member Luis. The other two workers Juan and Carlos were excellent and provided great service. Unfortunately Luis was rude to me and the 10+ friends I recommended to stay at Mirador Del Laguito. He could have been nicer to us when explaining policies that were not included in the advertisement. Because of Luis's bad customer service, I will have to work to convince my friends to stay at this location in the future. There are many more apartments with 24-7 security who do not have a worker like Luis ruining the guests experience. Otherwise Juan and Carlos were excellent and fit the excellent customer service experience I expect from Servimax after staying at Mirador Del Laguito for the last 5 years, including during the Pandemic.

very clean property, spacious 3 bedrooms each with their own tv, nice 2 bathrooms, large tv in living room. Balcony in living room and master bedroom has an excellent view of the lake and city skyline. Kitchen has a washing machine. the apartment is a close walk to the beaches, restaurants, atm and mini markets.

Master bedroom TV is old and doesn’t contain modern features as compared to the rest of the TVs.
