Es un apartamento recién reformado, es nuevo y tiene buenas instalaciones.

Faltan bastantes cosas: - En la cocina no hay microondas y bayeta para para limpiar, la tostadora no funciona bien. - NO ponen papel higiénico - Fuimos en verano y por la noche hacía frío dentro del apartamento. La calefacción no funcionaba y cuando le escribí para solucionarlo, dejó de contestar a mis mensajes (cosa que hasta ese momento hacía). - El agua caliente va con un termo que da para una ducha, cosa que es inaceptable para el precio que pagas. - A pagar 20€ por sábanas y toallas, y encima tienes que hacerte tú la cama al llegar. - Aunque pone parking privado en la descripción, no lo es como tal, hay pocas plazas para todos los vecinos del bloque y acabas aparcando donde pone no aparcar.
