Very spacious stay, comfortable beds and furnishings, clean and easy to use. It was helpful to be independent for keyless check-in. I conveyed wishing there were more amenities (I think I specified paper towels) to host near the end of our stay and they were very receptive and gracious. Convenient to train station, Penny Market (cheap, medium-sized grocery), a few restaurants and a farmacia. Thank you Alessia!

Wish there were more amenities, especially for the price (more extra toilet paper, paper towels/dish rags for eating and kitchen cleanup, more coffee pods, larger trash bins, detergent for washing machine). As pictured in the listing, the shower is small, which was hard with a young child who needs help in the shower. Neighbor was doing incredibly loud construction, which obviously was out of the host's control, but if you're booking soon (March 2022), you might want to connect with Alessia about this. Location was exactly what I chose, but wasn't in reality great for the type of trip we had. The location is why I wouldn't stay again, not due to the property itself. I found more restaurants of interest, a self-service laundromat, and bus to Sirmione on the other side of town. For the property itself, I would stay again, but would hope for more amenities or just be better prepared for the scarcity.
