Perfect location, easy access to ski lifts - walking distance to Schönleitenbahn, direct ski bus from the corner to Saalbach. Also seems to be a good choice for summer activities. Our host Stefan was super kind and flexible. The whole house and the appartements are very well equipped and clean.

Rather a note, than a problem: City tax, cleaning fee need as well as the deposit needto be paid in cash with no option to use bank cards. Soundproofing is not optimal in the rooms - you can slightly hear the neighbours which is absolutely OK. On the other hand, the "mechanical sounds" like shutting the main entrance door are very loud in the rooms. This is not a problem during the day as most of the people move around in the same time, but we had someone leaving or arriving and moving their stuff at 4.45 am which was quite annoying. Regardless, I still highly recommend the apartment house.

Nothing - it was all excellent

I liked the place from several aspects, including the quiet location on the banks of the river and the quietness, which is 14 km from the city of Kaprun (10 minutes), as well as the size and distribution of rooms, beds, bathrooms, parking, internet services and electrical appliances such as TV and washing machine The residence is also located next to many outdoor activities for the family and children, and the last reception, hospitality and attention of Mr. Estefan is a friendly and generous person, so I recommend this place to families and children who are looking for calm, relaxation and outdoor activities for their children
