Excellent bed and pillows. Very clean.

We had difficulties finding it since we had been travelling all day and arrived at night. Our GPS wasn't working since our phones had run out of charge and the instructions were poor, probably due to language. If we wanted to use the kitchen, it cost €20 more. We thought that was unreasonable. The breakfast venue was far away from the apartment and hence, we didn't bother.

Nice place good location

Bed was uncomfortable. Some room amenities were difficult to figure out and lacked proper guidance, wasted lots of needed resting time. Lack of hot water in the shower. Breakfast was a total joke. This is not a Bed and Breakfast it’s a mini hotel in an apartment building with a pile of pre made and ore packed low quality snacks. Some of which were barely edible. Nothing in the room was in English so not great if your not affluent in Italian. Check in was a total joke, had to make multiple calls to get in one of which was ten minutes before arrival. Office hours were not observed in the evening. Called for info and management still had to come let us in because the keys were locked where we could not get to them.
