Attico delle Pomelie

Die Lage, Terrasse mit diesem Meerblick und Meeresrauschen sind unübertroffen. Die 2 Liegestühle sind sehr bequem. Der viele Platz, Möglichkeit für Sonne oder Schatten, Klimaanlagen in beiden Schlafzimmern sind optimal. Wenn man länger dort Urlaub macht und Waschmaschinentabs mitbringt ist die Waschmaschine auch sehr praktisch, Die uneinsehbare Außendusche (mit warmem Wasser) haben wir sehr geliebt. Der Parkplatz für Kleinwagen direkt vorm Haus ist auch sehr praktisch. Mit dem Vermieter war über WhattsApp alles schnell zu klären, spätere Ankunft durch Keybox kein Problem. Kaffeekapseln, Willkommensgetränke, Öl, Gewürze, Spülmittel, Seife, Schampoos.....für so vieles war bestens gesorgt. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und den wunderschönen Aufenthalt!

Wenn überhaupt haben wir höchstens einen Wasserkocher und eine Teekanne vermisst.

We liked everything. From the wonderful terrace with a splendid sea view, through clean and comfortable bedrooms, to the prepared welcome snacks. The owner's mother is a wonderful and warm person and thanks to her we felt like we were on a family vacation. We highly recommend staying at Attico delle Pomelie.

Fantastic location near cafes, bars, restaurants and super markets, all within walking distance. Parking available on street (Beach side 24 hours / non-beach side for 30 mins certain times of day. Small parking space available with apartment. Owner was available whenever we needed her via Whatsapp. She checked up on us often as well. View of beach was great. Outdoor shower and washing machine were useful. Bedrooms were comfortable with linens and towels provided. A/C in bedrooms only but they cooled the rest of the apartment down if you left the doors open.

Apartment ran on 3 Kwz and to get hot water, use the washing machine, microwave, etc., you had to turn off A/C which is only in the bedrooms. If you are with older parents, the stairs may be difficult (about 60 steps). Additionally, there is a sewer smell in the bathroom for which we had to ensure that the drains were all closed. We didn't mind taking out our trash every day, per the rules of the town of Santa Teresa.

the appartement is really good it has a good location 20 min Taormina 45 min Messina 60 min Etna close to everything but not on the busy part nice beach good restaurants the owner was so kind thanks for the advise for restaurants pizza and wine combination the appartement is on the third floor but not problem very shine and cozy open spaces the heart and soul is the terace we spent a lot of time there eating drinkin and little naptime also under the sun
