Localizado em uma parte mais tranquila da Avenida principal, sem a muvuca do centrinho, mas ainda sim, super acessível às partes mais movimentadas. Supermercado e farmácia próximos. O apto tinha todos os utensílios de cozinha que precisávamos, além de roupa de cama e cobertas. A janela tem cortina blackout e ela isola super bem os sons vindo de fora.
