Bad area, bad location ,no air conditioning in lobby ,no elevator directly to the floor you need to use stairs to get to the apto. ,mold and mildew inside the apto.,in the bathroom Shower faucet broken jumping water all over .the worst was that on top of the shower there is a electrical outlet which was and is very dangerous, ( you can not mix water with electricity),pillows and mattress with mold, the air conditioner at the beginning was not cooling. It was a bad experience and nobody cares about it.I have a video to show broken faucet/tube.
