apartment need update. there is nothing even close to premium. dirty wall from water leak in the bedroom, ripped curtains and floors were not cleaned properly.... owner not associated with tatralandia so you dont get same benefits as customers who booked apartments through tatralandia website. any questions you need to contact owner , not the front desk in holiday village. and after waiting for owners to respond our inquire about towels , their reply was: buy new ones!..... we stayed 3 nights and nobody cleaned our place, didnt replace towels. will not return for sure.
