Super Lage

Super Appartement, einzig ist, das es im 3 Stock liegt, viele Stufen nach oben. Für ältere Personen, nicht so einfach nach oben. Ist aber verkraftbar, ein bisschen Bewegung tut gut, Die Lage, mitten in der Stadt ist super zum Augustiner. Kein Krach von der Stadt, auch wenn nach hinten die Breisach schon laut rauscht, aber die Fenster isolieren sehr gut. Auch die Betten, super.

Internet ne rentrait pas dans une partie du logement

I like that it was very clean and everything you need was very close: restaurants, grocery stores, main attractions, 10 min walking distance from train station and very good coffee shop in the front of the building (doc cafe). We had everything that we needed in the apartament. I appreciate that we also had laundry washing detergent, kitchen napkins, extra towels.

The main problem was that we received a message in which we were informed that the details for the check in will be sent to us one night before our stay, but nobody contacted us. We tried to reach the property the night before our stay and in the morning of the stay and send a lot of messages but we received information only around noon, 11 am. We almost thought that we will not be able to do the check in. Then property says on booking that the check in is at 16.00. When we arrived to the property at 16.00 no key was in the locker so we had to wait for another 20 min. Another thing that we did not quite enjoy was the apartament door which had very large windows so it did not look very safe, but fortunately nothing happened.
