Good location. Having a balcony.

A bit dated. No instructions (e.g. Wi-Fi, TV). Uncomfortable pillows.

Location of the apartment couldn’t be any better.

A washing machine would have been handy, to save us finding a laundromat.

Nothing. We moved to another place when we saw it. Overpriced, unfinished, holes in the floor and worst of all a fire risk. The disingenuous owner didn’t even put batteries into the smoke alarm. The what looked to be a newly installed fire escape would allow anyone to get onto the balcony and access the apartment. A total disregard for those who paid top dollar for what is supposed to be a superior holiday rental. The Marriott hotel where ended up in desperation for somewhere to stay was cheaper. We did the right thing by returning the keys but the owner has basically scammed us and booking.com not only won’t help but is abetting the fraud by advertising the place. We’ve lost a lot of money and it has not only soured the holiday but we now don’t trust booking.com. As a top tier and long time booking.com customer I expected better. Get me angry and I’ll tell you how I really feel!

Everything! In addition to what I’ve mentioned, the description doesn’t meet the reality. No aircon for example. The owner didn’t even front up to meet us. Apparently he was in China! Take the money and run appears to be his business plan.

A neat little apartment with welcome balcony access, clean and secure in the old city.

Perhaps a change of sheets could be provided after 3 nights
