Noisy, with neighbouring group only separated by a single door otherwise connecting 2 appartments. Need better information upfront and clear house rules.

Stunning views over the town. Only a short 50m walk to put skis on to then ski towards the piste. Friendly host. Clean apartment which was modern and warm.

Lack of a few cooking dishes and a microwave.

Séjour d'été parfait à Saalbach-Hinterglemm ! Des paysages à couper le souffle et tout ce que l'on aime : randos, randos à thème et plaines de jeux pour les enfants, VTT, piscine,.. Avec la carte Joker, énormément de facilités avec les accès gratuits aux parkings, piscine communale, télécabines. Nous avons parcouru moins de 150km en voiture sur place en 15 jours !!! Le logement correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes et besoins, au calme, avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée et les montagnes. Parking facile pour l'ensemble des résidents. Infos pratiques - Le logement se situe à ± 1km du centre du village et en haut d'une belle côte. A prendre en considération si vous pensez rentrer tous les soirs du resto à pied. - Google Map ne parvient pas à guider sur la bonne route d'accès. A la sortie du tunnel de Saalbach (voie principale), il faut tourner à gauche et entrer avec la voiture dans la zone semi-piétonne, puis prendre à droite 10-20m après sur Eberthalerweg (il y a un panneau sur une des maisons) - Le propriétaire ne parle pas Français mais se débrouille suffisamment en Anglais.

Pour la forme : - Parasol un peu petit, demande un peu de gymnastique pour couvrir toutes les places à table - Léger manque d'intimité sur la terrasse

Sehr schön ausgestattete moderne Wohnung. Es fehlte an nichts. Drei sehr schöne Schlafzimmer mit super Boxspringbett und Dusche mit Panorama 😊 Gemütliche große Eckbank und großer Tisch in der Wohnküche um gemeinsam zu essen und trinken.

Es wäre von Vorteil in der (E) Bike Region Saalbach wenn es in der Garage oder im Skischuhraum mehrere Steckdosen geben würde um die Akkus zu laden. Waschmaschine zur freien Nutzung macht auch Sinn. Keine Kritik an der Wohnung: die Ferienwohnung liegt 1 km und 100 Höhenmeter von der Fußgängerzone entfernt,man sollte also gut zu Fuß sein oder den Taxipreis von 19€ einkalkulieren.

Our apartment was very comfortable, especially the bedrooms. The shower areas were high quality and the beds were very comfortable, with a convenient single sofa bed in one room so our kids could sleep on separate beds. The lounge / dining area was also very nice, and the balcony had a comfortable sofa set to sit and admire the amazing views.

The only downside that we found was the lack of washing machine (either in our apartment or communally). This meant that we had to pack sufficient clothes for over two weeks, which is a lot for a family of four, with two teenagers! The apartment is definitely a trek up a very steep hill if walking back up from town. Certainly we were all far fitter by the end of the holiday, but don’t underestimate how much of a challenge it is. We had a car, so getting shopping back to the apartment was manageable- it was hard enough walking back up the hill empty handed, and we’re all reasonably fit and healthy. Wi-Fi was patchy - best early morning and later at night. Good 4g reception everywhere.
