The property had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable throughout.

Nothing to dislike in my opinion

Booking.com sent the wrong code for the key safe. It was VERY stressful trying to access the property at 7pm (the time we said we would arrive) on GOOD FRIDAY (with no-one in the hosts' property) and unable to get in. The hosts sent me an email with the correct code but that email did not arrive in my Inbox until MIDDAY on SATURDAY 30th March - more than 12 hours after our arrival time. What was the point of that? Booking.com needs to ensure it has the right information for access; the hosts need to make sure that Booking.com gets it right & sends out corrective emails well ahead of the day of arrival (not a day later!!). Thankfully we were able to contact the host on the night but mobile phones dont always work/the person is non-contactable for many reasons. That was too uncertain a method. Not a good welcome. It seems this is a public message which I would much prefer not to send but I do not know how else to contact either the host (my email in response to theirs was returned as it was a noreply mail box) or Booking.com so I am sorry that this is being made public as others may have a different experience but I have no other way of making contact as far as I know.

Location was perfect and we had a very comfortable stay

We couldn’t figure out how to work the induction hob so had to use the grill instead

Location was perfect.

Underfloor heating needed time to warm the place up.

Fantastic place, done to a very high standard. Rosie is a very friendly host. The location is very quiet.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Perfect little spot. Becoming a bit of a regular stay.
