Casa de São Miguel

The loveliest cottage we stayed in this time.We enjoyed the airco when coming back from our excursions/walks in Monsanto,idanha la velha and Penha Garcia.Best of beds, long necessary shower and films on tv. The village is beautiful and do eat at the local pub!

The pans could do with a renewal,the anti stickbottom is gone .

We were surprised by how comfortable, spacious and well-equipped the house was. We especially loved its design. The beds and the pillows were incredibly comfortable. Because of the hot weather, we spent the whole day inside enjoying the airco. We were also happy we could make use of the washing machine, as we were on a camping trip. Lastly, we loved the quiet, lovely area as it allowed us to rest well.

The bathroom was a bit small to be used by two people at the same time. Lights were a bit too yellow for our taste, and the fridge door sometimes got stuck.

Due to the nature of the property, it seemed a little dark inside, but it was still a great little home for a short stay.

All , very comfortable. The heated floor downstairs is lovely , we arrive later and the house was very warm and comfortable.

No privacy on the downstairs toilet and I was not able to open window from toilet upstairs corner bedroom and keep the stem more time in , but this is just petty staff for a very good house .

Since we have family nearby, Casa de Sao Miguel was super convenient for us. The house is really modern with all the things that make you feel at home—like a nice TV, comfy beds, and AC. Plus, there's kitchen gear if you feel like cooking, a dishwasher, and even a washing machine for longer stays! It was all super clean and neat. The area is wonderfully quiet—you only hear birds and crickets, no noisy distractions. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in and out were a piece of cake with the key lock right next to the door! We totally recommend Casa de Sao Miguel for a comfy and hassle-free stay in the area.
