The location, the caravan was lovely and the host couldn’t be more helpful

What a fantastic caravan, everything you needed was there. The bonus of 2 bathrooms was a pleasant surprise! Communication was first class from start to finish. Location was superb.

Nothing not to like.

Clean caravan with plenty of space. Tvs in every room which was great for the kids.Great location, 5 minute drive to fantasy Island and near the beach. Plenty of local shops and places to eat. Swimming on site which was £16 for a family of 4 for 1.5 hrs . We Had to book a day in advance. Evening entertainment is £20 per adult for the week and £15 for children otherwise you can pay on the door. It's £5 per day for adult and £3 for children. We didn't visit the entertainment due to a short stay, but it had plenty of shows on offer and people were queuing outside to get a seat. We enjoyed the on site bingo.

Caravan was a little tricky to find due to not having the actual location. Site services was able to tell us which side we was but i had to walk around the site to find the caravan. Perhaps a little map of the caravan might be helpful for people making future bookings. Contact was great with the owner of the caravan and very prompt with messages and responses to questions and queries.

The caravan was the perfect size and well presented

We would have preferred the option to pay extra hire cost for the provision of towels, bed sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers as we missed the email reply saying not available due to covid-19 so we had to go out and buy all of these items... Also... We thought that £162 was a little bit on the high side but to be fair there are were no other options available and we did enjoy the stay
