La amabilidad de la anfitriona, la facilidad para llegar y aparcar, el equipamiento del apartamento.

Para acceder al apartamento hay que subir una escalera que no es cómoda con equipaje y niños, cogimos un vaso y estaba sucio y nos tocó lavar todo lo que cogimos, el aire acondicionado del dormitorio de matrimonio no funcionaba, no tiene lavavajillas y la televisión no es smart TV. Esto último no es necesario ni imprescindible pero ya lo tienen la mayoría de alojamientos de este tipo.
