Somente da localização.

Tive que pagar a estada no dinheiro, o trinco do portão não fechava por dentro, não estava com wi-fi, talheres sujos, tampa do sanitário solta, torneira da pia solta, box com entupimento no ralo, ar não desligava no controle, algumas tomadas soltas e ao lado do flat tem um hospital onde o gerador parece estar junto a parede onde o barulho é desagradável.

Ar condicionado.

Banheiro com forte odor de urina. Internet não estava funcionando. Janelas de frente para outros apartamentos, sem cortinas/persianas (dá visada para os vizinhos, inclusive para dentro do banheiro).
