TP63 on the Golden Palm Chapel St Leonards

Me family loved it it clean and homely and had every thing in we needed only bring our beddin and land lord was very kind and helpful and it was lovely meet the cleaner Shelley we had lovely chat and she was very helpful I wil be back again thanks u tony for our fantastic week end

There was nothing at all in the caravan at all. Are you no toilet paper no washing up liquid which is not a major thing. a big thing. No bin

Smell of urine when you first went in..

The property location was perfect, there is so much to do around the area and close to the beach there is an on-site shop which is amazing and different takeaways including Chinese ! There was everything you needed such as cooking utensils and a shower which for a caravan was really powerful. Another thing to add my disabled grandson left his clothes and the owner kindly posted them to us which I think is genuinely lovely and not a lot of property owners would do this!

The place could do with a bit jussing up possibly I.e rust stains on the sofa bed and on some mattresses as well as little essentials such as bin bags or washing up liquid, however did not bother us massively as everything’s else trumped this.

Lovely spacious and comfy caravan very clean 👌. Site had good facilities bit of a walk to the nearest beach but otherwise good location.

We were a large family of 5 so only downside was that it was a bit difficult to cook for us all as limited pans but in the future if i were to book again I would take my own larger pans with me

Lovely location, everything is of walking distance. The caravan had everything we needed in the kitchen. The decking was a bonus, kids loved it.

The toilet needed to be cleaned especially the sink. The double bed wasn't too comfy

Owner was lovely and very helpful. Cleaner kept checking in on us and was kind although we needed a dustpan and brush but never got one. Swimming pool was good but had to pay to swim. Location was good with everything you needed around and close to park so little ones could play although taken over by teenagers later on in the day. Caravan veranda was good but some broken so needed to be extra careful outside.

The caravan had a leak through the skylight which made the floor dangerous and I slipped several times even with having a towel down - it got soaked overnight and I slipped on this too. The weather was terrible and the owner said he knew about the leak.
