This apartment met all of our expectations and was as described. We comfortably slept as a family of 5. Parque Santiago 2 is a lovely apartment complex and we felt safe and secure while in and around of it. The pool was clean, beds were always available, the bar was good, however with a large supermarket on the complex we rarely actually used it. Air conditioning was brilliant throughout whole apartment and appliances were clean and working perfectly. The balcony view, although not perfect - was quiet and comfortable considering how many bars and restaurants are nearby.

This is a great apartment. The only issue we had during our stay was that the WiFi was only working for around 50% of the time. Now, thats not a huge issue, and something I would imagine the owners can rectify by moving the router out of the cupboard. It only really affected the kids with their tablets a bit later in the evenings.

We had everything in the apartment that we needed. Washer and drier a bonus so don’t need to do loads of washing when I’ve arrived home. Would stay again 100%.

Advertised as luxury in no way possible was it luxury, also advertised as having a jacuzzi it had one but didn’t work and when asked about it i was ignored and was a major persuader when booking this apartment. Also dirty bars of soap was left behind. I had to clean the apartment myself.

Very central to beach shops bars resturant. Very safe & secure & private. Great swimming pool area great staff.

No lift so must be able to manage stairs .

Great place to stay.. really helpfull host and looked after me and my familly letting us keep our stuff in the room for our evening flight whilst she got the room ready for the next people staying. It really helped being able to have our suitcase and kids stuff there whilst we played in the pool wainthg for our departure. Apartment was really clean and had everything you could need. Very comfortable and great location 👌 wil defiantly stay there again
