Les échanges avec le propriétaire. Je lui ai dit que le wifi ne fonctionne pas elle m'a dit de tout débrancher et rebrancher jai fait et cela ne fonctionnait toujours pas. Je lui ai dit et elle ne m'a jamais répondu ni contacté. Donc pas de wifi de la semaine Le lit ,c'était un canapé lit que je trouvais confortable mais mon conjoint qui est grand a moins bien dormi Il manque un peu de rangement A part cela le reste était bon

la proximitée de la plage et de tout commerces !

Praticamente tutto, appena prenoti ricevi sms in cui ti chiedono l'arrivo, poi te lo chiedono in privato fintanto che al tuo non c'è nessuno e ti mandano un video Intanto il letto è un divano letto... Entri frigo spento con yogurt dentro scaduto che puzza tutta la casa, cartoccio del latte a metà, nessun sacchetto dell immondizia Rotolo di carta Igienica quasi finito, chiedo alla governante se posso averne uno nuovo e mi risponde che devo comprarmelo (sto 2 notti) Chiedo di poter fare una doccia dopo le 10 dato che ho il volo alle 20 e mi rispondono soltanto che non si puo, nel residence c'è una piscina e l'ho fatta lì ma nessun suggerimento da parte loro. Cambiate la governante!

- The apartment was not referred to as self-catering during the booking. The apartment misses key toiletries that any apartment should have. It came as a surprise and the response from the host could have been more professional and understanding to find a solution. - The apartment does not have AC which affect the staying, especially overnight with high temperatures. There was a ventilator provided but it was covered of dust. So, it would have been a disaster to switch it on because all the dust would have flown. Probably, a better cleaning would solve it. - There is no bed (as picture shows)- there is a sofa that is used as bed instead. It is a good size one, bur it would be beneficial to provide bed pillows instead as the ones we had were purely sofa pillows and uncomfortable for sleeping.

Location of the studio is fab . The back gate of the flats is The adeje bus station so you can pop anywhere easily . Pool area is nice and quiet

Everything was good. Could do with actual bed pillows rather than two cushions on the bed

Stayed at the Borinquen on numerous occasions Good location, easy check in Can't fault it
