The property was very clean. Everything was new. Good communication with the owner. Very good value.

It wasn’t stocked very well for cooking. No condiments so I bought and left some hopefully for the next person. The entrance was very dark at night. There was no air conditioner.

The apartment and city were very nice. 1. The owner responded to messages very promptly! 2. Though listed as only one bedroom, the second room had a sofa couch/bed that had it's own door. This allowed privacy for our family. 3. The owner was quite helpful in suggesting sites to see in the city. 4. We really enjoyed visiting the water tower, which she suggested. 5. She also suggested we visit the center of the city at night because of it's beauty. We did so, despite our long day in the car, and it was well worth the visit. It was very well lit with benches, fountains, and many gardens. We enjoyed the walk and sites a lot.

There were only three drawbacks to this apartment. 1. While the kitchen had plates, bowls, and silverware, no cookware was available to prepare a simple meal or heat up a meal on the stove top or in the oven. 2. The hot water heater yielded a nice hot shower the first evening we were there, but subsequent showers were not as warm. 3. In the morning, the smell of cigarette smoke was noticeable in the apartment. It could have wafted up from outside since the windows were open, or perhaps it came from the hall/stairway. As none of our party smokes, it was unpleasant.
