This property is worth more than 10 honestly! We stayed here for 4 nights, while visiting Monteverde. The house is in Santa Elena town, which is really nice. While staying in apartment you doesn't feel that you are in town, all the huge windows is facing real jungle, so you feel like living in a wild. Monkeys in the balcony asking for bananas in the morning is extra bonus. If you are visiting Monteverde, stay in Santa Elena and especially in these apartment. Recommend 100 plus percent :) Owner - Superb Facilities - full Beds - supercomfortable View from the window - jungle with many animals and birds Parking - in front of the house on the street (always available)

Location is great, close to everything. The facility is modern, light, and pleasant. Had everything we needed, well-equipped kitchen. Nice balcony overlooking the forest. Unfortunately we did not see any monkeys. It is on main road, but all windows face the forest so there was no problem with noise. Shower worked great. Host was friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Bus stop is just a few steps away. Highly recommend this place.

Toaster oven didn't seem to work.

The host greeted us and tried to give us as much information as possible even though we spoke different languages. The room is clean and well equipped. The monkeys came to visit and that was amazing. The location is very good.

Our hosts Rosie and Oscar were wonderful. They were kind and accommodating and very easy to communicate with. The View of the trees and down the Mountainside was amazing. Our sun deck was beautifully positioned facing the forest and sunshine where we also got a great view of the passing clouds and rain forest mist. The hosts left us food condiments as well as breakfast ingredients, juice and everything was excellent. One thing we really appreciated was the apartment was adorned with beautiful art painted by our host which we really liked.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike about this location, the cost, or the host. Because of the shortness of our stay we were unable to complete our list of to do's and when we return next year we will certainly return to this location to complete our list of things to do in Monteverde and St Elena.

The owners are friendly and made us feel welcomed. They even left us some snacks and kitchen basics like oil and butter, which was nice and unexpected. The location is good, just a couple of minutes walk to restaurants and shops. This was an excellent value for a great stay!
