Kartnall´s Alm

Top 1 was a roomy studio apartment with a small but good kitchen (I'm a self caterer), reasonably priced. The studio is on a working dairy farm (timing was a bit interesting when the cows lined up for milking). Plenty of hiking nearby though Stubaigletcher cable car was not operating when I was there. Fresh milk and eggs are available from the farm. Loved the countryside and little balcony. Short walk to bus stop for valley bus.

Nothing - all good

Great location for skiing at Stubai Glacier. Well equipped and comfortable beds. Good value for money. Minimal contact with host which is absolutely fine by me! It was very clean and some nice small touches from the host gives the impression they really care.

A comfortable armchair or sofa would have been nice. It got quite warm at night (I imagine because heating was on in apartment below) but opening the windows let insects in - some sort of insect screen for (the balcony door has one already) bedroom windows would be a nice touch. Towels are a bit old/dated.

No restaurants close by in the evening that you can walk to

it was a nice stay, close to glacier, some hikes in the area

Clean and modern facilities.

Perfectly equipped apartment, great location, stubai glacier is 15mins, Schlick2000 20 mins away. It is possible to order from the local bakery every morning, which is delivered around 6am. Nice hosts!

Everything was great!

Super appartment in very nice location. Approx 5 min to cross-country slopes. Skibus to the gletscher close to. Nice balcony. Highly recommend.
