The apartment was excellent—spacious, modern, warm, clean, and conveniently located right in front of a bus stop, making it easy to reach Stubai in just 15 minutes. The building also features a ski room for storing your equipment and a charming spa, perfect for unwinding after a long day on the slopes.

The property provides a bread ordering service, allowing fresh bread to be conveniently delivered daily by a local bakery. We found this to be an ideal solution for our breakfast needs and decided to place an order for the entire week. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be a disaster, as the bread we ordered—and relied on for breakfast before heading to the slopes—was not delivered 50% of the time. We had high expectations for the service and arranged our grocery shopping accordingly, but it ultimately left us disappointed. On a minor note: we were aware that check-in time was at 4:00 PM, but since we had a very early flight, we informed the property one week ahead that we would be arriving around 11:00 AM. Upon arrival, the owners kindly allowed us to store our luggage and suggested we visit the nearby village, assuring us they would call as soon as the room was ready. Since Innsbruck was an hour away, we decided to follow the advice, stay in the village, and spend a few hours there, hoping to receive the call before 4:00 PM. Unfortunately, the call never came, and we eventually returned to the property at 4:00 PM. Had we known the room wouldn’t be 100% ready before the scheduled check-in time, we could have used the day to explore Innsbruck instead. I believe we were a bit unlucky this time. The property is overall fantastic, our stay was enjoyable and we would recommend the place, but the issue with the bread service inevitably affected our final impression.

We had a great stay. The apartment design was very nice, modern but with a cosy feeling. very big rooms. A big living room with a sofa and television which was great for hanging out in the evening together with our friends. The location was nice a little isolated and not in the city center, but that is what we liked about it. the kitchen was excellently equipped with everything required for cooking in the evening, which we liked a lot. We did a lot of hiking in the Stubai Valley with the Stubai card included for cable cars. There is also a very nice hike near, the Grawa waterfalls which is very recommended. We had a great stay and we highly recommend the apartment.
