Ferienwohnung Alpenland - schönes, neues Apartment

L'appartamento é pulito, cucina nuova dotata di forno e lavastoviglie, bagno molto spazioso.

Purtroppo c'era odore di fogna proveniente dal lavandino della cucina/soggiorno (e che fungeva da camera da letto dei bambini), che é stato solo parzialmente risolto tappando il lavandino. Ci sono moltissime mosche, magari delle zanzariere potrebbero aiutare. La zona giorno (tavolo e divano) risulta sacrificata quando si soggiorna in 4 (un bambino sul divano letto e uno nel lettino da viaggio).

Apartament ben situat, amb molts accessoris de cuina i nevera gran. La propietària va ser molt amable i cada dia podíem fer comanda de pa per al dia següent. A més, ens va tramitar la Stubaital Card que ens va permetre gaudir d’un munt de serveis gratuïtament.

Que hi havia força humitat a l’apartament i les tovalloles i els llençols feien olor de resclosit.

Küche top eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin war super nett, leicht zu erreichen und hat uns geholfen bei all unseren Belangen. Vielen Dank für alles! Frühstück gibts nebenan, ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten leider sehr viele Fliegen im Appartment.

This apartment is exactly what you need for a great ski getaway. It is ideally located near the central area of Neustift, just a few dozen meters from the bus stop to the glacier. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything necessary for preparing both quick snacks and hearty meals. The beds are comfortable, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the bathroom is spacious, featuring fresh towels and toiletries. A major plus is the private entrance, a small terrace, and access to a heated ski storage room. Additionally, the apartment has a cozy sauna—perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. Our host, Carolina, was incredibly kind and discreet, ensuring we had all the information needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. A delightful bonus was the morning bakery delivery service—a truly pleasant experience! I highly recommend this apartment! We will definitely return next ski season.

Location. Quiet Facilities good. Great shower. Mid week towel change provided by the hosts.

Just a suggestion. Would access to a washing machine be possible? There is not a launderette in town to wash clothes. I had to travel to Innsbruck to find a launderette.
