Close to all amenities, clean comfortable accommodation.

I’m not so sure how this review will be received, but since I’ve been asked for one, I’m sending one. For upcoming holiday makers who are looking for a place in the sun, do not be blind sided by the look of this apartment & all it has to offer, because you definitely won’t be disappointed by its decor & presentation. So just straight to my point.! READ the reviews, because the occupant/s that lives next door ruined our week, with a TV that blared from evening time until at least 7am. This was every single night from May 22 until 3am yesterday morning when we gladly left. We were in contact with the agent, rent@astenonline.com, who is overseeing this holiday let, & they left it with us to call security., surely this can’t be right. Will Booking.com come back with a solution?? Definitely Not. They’re still advertising this place & taking money & paying who ever owns it. Never again. 😒

The main issue was the neighbour - they had the TV blasting from roughly 8 in the morning until around 3am everyday. Also the fan (no air con) didn’t really help keep the room cool

Excellent location. Very well presented apartment with all you need for a prolonged stay. Central between los christianos and costa Adele for great walks. Great pool are and close to beach.

Neighbour had the tv on very loud sometimes ALL NIGHT. Not really a reflection on the apartment but caused sleepiness nights. Had to pay for sun beds round the pool. Parking was horrendous (again not a reflection on the apartment because they say no parking).

Perfect location.

Needed air conditioning. Also a couple of bits need sorting like the shower head needs changing and a leak on the silicone bead round the shower needed fixing.

The studio was beautifully decorated in a very modern style in an excellent location.

There is no balcony and the studio is extremely hot with only a ceiling fan which did very little to keep the room cool. The bed settee is extremely uncomfortable with a very thin mattress and I believe a good quality bed would be far better as there are other seats to sit on and we just had the bed pulled out for our whole stay. I also think there would be benefit in light net curtains on the windows as they would allow privacy at night time and the free flow of air rather than pulling the heavy curtains making the room hotter. The main shower head was not working and the secondary one was coming apart which meant the water just spilled out the sides and you had to hold it together in your hand while showering making it awkward washing your hair, etc. The issues we had were reported to the rental company but nothing was done during our stay. All in all this is a beautiful apartment and is well priced but the issues with the bed, the shower and the lack of even a portable air conditioning unit would prevent me from going back and I would not recommend this apartment.
