Instructions to collect the keys were clear and simple. The staff were easy to contact, friendly and helpful. The location was excellent close to the beach, bus stop, shops and bars. Very comfortable and modern. Apartment had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The upstairs toilet always smelled like it had just been used even though it hadn't. Very thin walls, you could hear every move your neighbours made especially at night.

Generally apartments were good, well situated for pubs, restuarants, and see front. However,appartment is on 3rd floor with 5 flights of stairs to access, making it unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. Information- No information pack available in appartment, which would normally contain information about emergency contacts, also how to exit main gate as keys provided do not get you out of main gate. No information re accessing swimming pool, as keys did not open gate to pool. No information about rubbish disposal, change of linen/towels/bedding. No information regarding how to access safe, which was not secured to anything, and could have been picked up and carried out. Swimming pool - we arrived on 4th February, to find pool had been closed since 16th January (19 days before we arrived), with no information about re -oppening. The agents representative arrived 5th to take 300 euro security deposit, and on asking him about pool, he could not give us any information and said it was not his problem. Therefore contacted agent directly re why we had not been previously informed to be told that they would enquire with the complex committee. As a result pool was closed for a further 4 days from our arrival, if we had only been there for 7 days this would have been half of holiday. Linen - at end of 1st week enquired about change of bed linnen and towels, to be informed this was an additional cost (we were booked for 4 weeks, so would assume that a change of linen would have been included in cost), and were bluntly told by agents if not happy to take it up with booking.com. As we had access to washing machine we resolved this issue ourselves, without having to pay additional fees. Checkout - no information re exoectations on checkout.

Great location, just a few minutes walk to beach, easy walk to Los Cristianos, near to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and bus stop. Communication with the host was great. Felt very safe.

Pool was closed from middle of January and no information about it when making the booking.

Spacious apartement, excellent location, lovely open kitchen/living room area. Washing machine.

For us it was difficult to find because somehow location was faulty on the map. But we got help by the agent, it was great. Noise of neigbors - feels like you are in the same room.

The property was clean, comfortable, and had all facilities that we needed. Very secure and in a really well positioned location.

We couldn’t find a toaster, so we used a sandwich maker for toasting bread. Apart from that, there was nothing that we didn’t like.
