Lovely apartment, Great location, Nice big bed, sofa bed for kids was decent size too and very comfy.

This was our first holiday ever, where there was no house keeping, but luckily there was a washing machine in the apartment, and I was able to wash the towels myself regularly, as there were 4 of us .. A bit of confusion when we arrived as we never got to met Manuel, he wasn't there, and the lady at reception hadn't a clue about our room etc, but after a bit of time, we got all sorted.. Views from the 9th floor are stunning

A beautiful, modern apartment with exceptional sea views and a view of mount Teide from the front. The apartment had everything we needed and we ate in a couple of nights, with excellent utensils for cooking. We had a couple of issues during our stay, the TV stopped working and the washing machine broke, however the communication with the host, Manuel, was superb and we had a new TV and washing machine delivered promptly. Perfect location. Exceptionally clean. My 2 boys found the sofa bed very comfortable. Swimming pool, tennis courts and the grounds of the apartment block were so clean and well looked after. Staff lovely. We were not due to fly until 9pm on our last day, and the owner very kindly let us stay late so we were able to use the pool all day and then get showered before heading to the airport. We really can't recommend this apartment highly enough. A lovely holiday in Tenerife 🌞

Breathtaking views on both sides of the apartment. Nicely and modernly decorated. Well equipped kitchen, enough space in the closet and in the rooms. Very clean, everywhere. The balcony is spacious and has coffee table and chairs. We had coffee every morning, with a romantic view over the interior garden with palm trees, and with the vibrant Atlantic and the misty La Gomera island in the background. Host was very responsive on questions. The location is great, Bus station right next to the building. Even if you want to go to other places on the island, the Intercambiador station (inter-city bus station) is at about 12 minutes.

Only few minor inconveniences, which I mostly overlook. We liked everything else so much. Soap, shower gel, toilet paper were not enough for the entire stay, we bought more. Bed was a bit squeaky. There is a bit of music at night from the bars nearby, but but usually stops soon after midnight and is not too loud. We slept decently well.

Great apartment, clean and comfortable. The owners were very good, met us at the apartment and showed us round. The reception staff were very friendly and very helpful.

Everything, Manuel was very kind and available! The appartment was very clean and had EVERYTHING! Even beauty products were there, which we could use. Blankets and towels were new and very nice! For 4x people is perfect. View from the 9th floor is stunny!
