Landhaus Severin

I recommend this place 🙂

We were group of 7 adults and book 3-bedroom appartment (for skiing holidays in Stubai) which is spacious (living room, bedroom, balkonies) and very well equipped kitchen. Ski room is in basěent with boot drying stands. The position of appartment is great, 3 minutes walk to skibus, where is also Spar supermarket and great family owned InterSport shop with nice facility of a bar & refreshment facilities. The skibus is going very often and is very convenient, no need to take a car to go skiing to Stubai, Skibus is free of charge !

the kitchen lacked only sponges for washing dishes and sponge towels for kitchen maintenance, there was not enough toilet paper - but I believe that everything can be requested from the administrator Frau Kindl, who lives directly in the building

Clean specious apartment. Very friendly and supportive host all the time. I appreciate their efforts to make our stay super.

Very nice house with great location and view. Enough parking places, Penny market just 4 minutes by walk, the same distance with ski bus. The apartment was great with two bedrooms (each with balcony), two bathrooms and toilets and one big kitchen / living room. The host - Ms. Kindle was very kind, helpful and easy to communicate. Everything was totally clean and well prepared (incl. all equipment). We saw the mountains from the bed:) There was also a possibility to use a wellness in hotel Kinder just opposite our house but we did not have enough time for it.

It was perfect stay. Great flat, 3 bedrooms, 2 beautiful bathrooms. Equipment was more than complete.And the owner, Frau Kindl, helpful, kind, it was great to see you this season. We will back next year.

We had to find a new apartment because what we booked was unavailable. We didn't stay at Landhaus Severn even one night. The owner doesn't speak English.
