The apartment is lovely and very nicely decorated and furnished

The outside of the apartment is a bit grim, but once inside it is gorgeous. The bed in the smaller bedroom was very uncomfortable and really small which was a shame.

Loved the decor and the way the rooms were set up. Everything we needed was there. The breakfast goodies were great, as were the toiletries. Good location for what we wanted. We enjoyed playing the games in the evening. I would definitely recommend staying here.

My daughter's only negative thought was the noise from the road. It was a very hot night so we had to have the windows open. Not a major issue though.

This was a flat not a hotel, but was pleasantly surprised to find a few basic breakfast supplies for the first morning

Fantastic location, they accommodated earlier arrival and my allergies. The complimentary water, ice and breakfast things - coffee, tea, jam, gluten croissants, oats and little cereals etc was a lovely touch. there were games and puzzles and a first aid kit and Plenty to watch for stations on TV.

The property was missing some basic features like kitchen roll, face clothes, hair dryer, plugs/outlets to charge mobile phones. The duvet cover in the main bedroom was stained (possibly burned from ironing) the mattress topper in the main bedroom was lumpy and too soft so for me it was not comfy. the staircase is a little steep, if you have arthritis or a disability and suitcases then you will find it difficult.

Lovely row. Very well presented. Very comfortable beds.

There is no parking for property and it is on double yellow lines so difficult to even drop off luggage. Definitely not suitable for those with mobility issues.

A beautifully decorated and well equipped flat in a good location in Tunbridge Wells. Our hosts left a good selection of teas, coffee and biscuits plus olive oil and salt and pepper. The main bedroom is very comfortable for two, while the second bedroom is a bit cramped for two but fine for one. The lounge/dining/kitchen area is large and comfortable with some lovely touches. Decoration is done in taste and one feels one has arrived at a model home!

As it faces onto an A road, be it Church Rad in the town centre, it is noisy during the day, less so at night. Ear plugs solved that.

Location was AMAZING, close to pantiles and all the restaurants and shops. The decor was stunning and we loved the extra surprise of a breakfast hamper. We were also grateful for the flex of the hosts to let us store our luggage whilst we shopped before check in.

Whilst a great location, it's on a busy road. Double glazing in the lounge might make a big difference. I'd maybe also change the advert to remove reference to a sofabed as it is a normal sofa and a bit too noisy to sleep in the lounge, even with earplugs and a over the head! The other double bedrooms are beautiful and quiet.

Everything! The decor was beautiful,and very comfy sofa , location was good for shops, restaurants , cafes etc and close to the station. The flat was spotlessly clean and spacious , shower was really good, beds really comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed if you was cooking . Lovely touch with the breakfast tray and plenty of tea and coffee. Absolutely perfect for us , 2 friends needing a break from the everyday madness of life , to sit ,relax ,chat and watch films and literally a 5 minute walk to the high street .

There wasn't anything we didn't like , it is on a busy road but you do get used to the traffic very quickly and it certainly didn't affect our stay .
