The decor was lovely, everything was so clean it looked brand new. It was easy to find and easy to access. It was very comfortable.

Great location. Beautiful apartment

The only small thing was I’d asked for the sofa bed to be made up which isn’t a sofa bed but a zed bed. The bedding was in the cupboard so not too much of an issue

"Well located and equipped apartment in TW"

Everything. The apartment was very well equipped with breakfast supplies, tea, coffee, bathroom soap, extra towels, sheets, cleaning supplies, trash bags. Everything we needed for our stay was already supplied.

We weren’t used to the carpet everywhere by the entrance so it was complicated to take off all of our shoes (we are a family with kids) in the narrow entrance hallways.

Very clean and well equipped. Great communication

WiFi wasn’t working for us. Couldn’t get Netflix to work or even allow us to sign in to our own account. No carpark was a hassle as carpark was a fair walk with lots of luggage was difficult.

Everything is thoughtfully useful and beautiful. Check in is easy, location is very practical, you can park close by if you don't intend to leave your car all day. The flat in itself is immaculate, though close to the road, at night it's super peaceful! Water in the fridge, a great breakfast tray, toiletries.... To be able to stay at the Regal is a special treat!
